Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging and tags.
  • Not show signs of damage or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalised products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
