  • In-stock products: Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Products not currently in stock: Orders may require 7–12 days to prepare, depending on the design and production requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once dispatched, orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier timelines.

Payment

  • All orders require 100% advance payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Handmade products may have slight variations in colour, texture and finish, making each piece unique.
  • For made-to-order products, the applicable production lead time will be communicated at the time of order.

If a product is not available in stock, the lead time will generally be 6–12 days, depending on the design and production requirements of the selected jute table runner or table mat.
